Philip Cooper

Philip Cooper is a qualified Chartered Surveyor who began his career at Schroders in 1985 and then joined Weatherall Green & Smith in 1986. Philip formed BCM Ltd in 1996

Philip has a very impressive track record in both the acquisition and disposal of properties throughout the UK. He has a particular skill in corporate transactions and advising clients about the impact property investment has on corporate vehicle. Philip has put together a booklet detailing "Listed Property Companies". His clients include Redefine International Plc, Welcome Trust, and Harwood Plc.   • Cerberus Debt Package - the purchase of a £23m debt package for a High Net Worth.
  • The Neopolitan Portfolio - the sale of 10 government office buildings for £36m for Redefine International Plc.
  • The Neo Portfolio - the disposal of 34 government properties for £120m to CLS.
  • Wichford Plc - Philip was a critical part of the creation of Wichford Plc in 2004 following the "Lyons Report" responding to the decentralisation of government departments. BCM, as the retained agent, purchased 78 properties for this vehicle to reach £1bn of assets by 2006.
  • St Georges Shopping Centre, Harrow - the purchase of this prime shopping centre for Redefine International Plc for £68m.
  • In 1997 masterminded for Minerva a "transformational swap transaction" on their largest asset on the Euston Road with the Prudential for £106m.

John Reavley

John Reavley is a qualified Chartered Surveyor who began his career at Henry Butcher in 1986 and then formed Holley Blake in 1995. He then worked at Barrs Frere Smith and joined BCM in 2005.

John has a wealth of experience in both acquisitions and disposals and his analytical approach sets him apart.

Andrew Dobson

Andrew Dobson is a qualified Chartered Surveyor who began his career at Donaldsons in 1997 and then moved to BCM in 2004. Andrew has particular strengths in analysing portfolios and implementing a business plan. His main clients include Threadneedle, CBRE GI, Clearbell, Catalyst and a number of high net worth individuals.

Major projects Andrew has been involved with include:-

  • The Amber Portfolio - the purchase of 29 assets from Aberdeen for £153m for Clearbell Asset Managers.
  • The Neopolitan Portfolio - the sale of 10 government office buildings for £36m for Redefine International Plc.
  • The Neo Portfolio - the disposal of 34 government properties for £120m to CLS.
  • Magnet Portfolio - the purchase of 25 trade units for £26m for Threadneedle.
  • OEIC Portfolio - the transfer of £130m of assets for Invista to an open Ended Investment Company.

Tim Wills

Tim Wills is a qualified Chartered Surveyor who began his career at Weatherall Green & Smith in 1995. Tim joined BCM in 1998.

Tim has a wealth of experience in both acquisitions and disposals in the UK.  His clients include Aviva, Legal & General, Petchey Holdings, Wessex Investors, U&I Plc, Trinity Asset Management and a number of high net worth individuals.

Major projects Tim has been involved in include:-

  • Science Park Portfolio - purchase of this portfolio for Angelo Gordan, asset managed by Trinity in 2015 for £95m.
  • Merchant Property Unit Trust - The formation of a JPUT designed to purchase 34 Travis Perkin Trade Units throughout the UK.
  • Wessex Investors - the formation of a property company backed by Development Securtities to invest £45m in the south west region.
  • Petchey Holdings - acquired multiple assets between 2012 - 2016.
  • Lathe - the acquisition and disposal of 15 shopping centres between 1999 and 2006 with the final disposal of a package of £80m to New River Capital.
